3 . .No, <br /> EXISTING LAND USE <br /> The property is currently being used as a horse ranch. A small <br /> portion is irrigated. The remainder appears to be natural grasses . <br /> Previous use appears to have been grazing land. There is currently <br /> several mobilehomes and a large horse barn on the property. <br /> SOILS <br /> Parcels 1 ,2 ,3 , and4. <br /> The soils map and description from the "SOIL SURVEY OF SAN JOAQUIN <br /> COUNTY, CALIFORNIA" indicates that the soils type for these parcels <br /> is primarily Ramoth Sandy Loam. Typically, the surface layer consists <br /> of a pale brown and light brown sandy loam. The subsoil is a light <br /> brown sandy loam. The lower subsoil is a reddish yellow, strong brown <br /> and light brown sandy clay loam. <br /> The substratum is a strong brown coarse sandy loam. <br /> Remainder. <br /> The central portion is Pardee Cobbly Loam. Typically, the surface <br /> layer is a yellowish red cobbly loam. The subsoil is yellowish red <br /> and reddish brown very gravelly clay loam. Light gray and brown, <br /> andesitic , tuffaceous conglomerate is at a depth of approximately <br /> 18 inches . <br /> The south central portion is the same as parcels1 -4. <br /> The Easterly and northerly portion is Pentz-Bellota Complex. <br /> Typically, the surface layer is a grayish brown loam. The upper sub- <br /> soil is brown gravelly clay loam. The center part is a claypan of <br /> dark grayish brown clay. The lower part is a light grayish brown <br /> hardpan. The lower layer is a light gray, moderately consolidated <br /> basic andesitic , tuffaceous sandstone . <br /> The north part of the south portion of the property is Madera-Alamo <br /> Complex. Typically, the surface layer is grayish brown sandy loam. <br /> The upper part of the subsoil is brown clay. The lower part is a <br /> brown and pale brown, indurated, silica-cemented hardpan. <br /> The central part of the southern portion is Acampo Sandy Loam. <br /> Typically, the surface layer is brown sandy loam.
