Previous use appears to have been grazing land. There is currently several mobilehomes and a large horse barn on the property. SOILS Parcels 1 ,2 ,3 , and4. The soils map and description from the "SOIL SURVEY OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA" indicates that the soils type for these parcels is primarily Ramoth Sandy Loam. Typically, the surface layer consists of a pale brown and light brown sandy loam. The subsoil is a light brown sandy loam. The lower subsoil is a reddish yellow, strong brown and light brown sandy clay loam. The substratum is a strong brown coarse sandy loam. Remainder. The central portion is Pardee Cobbly Loam. Typically, the surface layer is a yellowish red cobbly loam. The subsoil is yellowish red and reddish brown very gravelly clay loam. Light gray and brown, andesitic , tuffaceous conglomerate is at a depth of approximately 18 inches . The south central portion is the same as parcels1 -4. The central part of the southern portion is Acampo Sandy Loam. Typically, the surface layer is brown sandy loam. The upper part of the subsoil is a pale brown and light yellowish brown sandy loam. The lower subsoil is a thin layer of indurated hardpan. The substratum bezley
