A <br /> minimum of 25 additional parking spaces shall be provided for in Phase I, 1 of which <br /> shall be handicapped accessible; a minimum of 14 additional parking spaces shall <br /> be provided for in Phase 2, 1 of which shall be handicapped accessible; A minimum <br /> of 25 parking spaces shall be provided for in Phase 3. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> j) LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way <br /> width of State Route Hwy 12, shall be installed across the frontage of the project <br /> site. (Development Title Section 9-1020.) The existing vineyard satisfies this <br /> requirement. <br /> 2) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the <br /> Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five <br /> percent (5%) of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including <br /> landscaping along the street frontage. Sixteen (16) trees shall be planted, evenly <br /> spaced throughout the parking lot (Development Title Section 9-1020.5(b). <br /> k) SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1) All project storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, <br /> shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public right-of- <br /> 4 <br />
