The new P <br /> buildings are to have one bathroom (sink and toilet) each to accommodate the employees and <br /> potential visitors. Waste products related to the production of wine will not be disposed of through <br /> the septic system(the winery currently discharges winery waste into the City of Lodi sewer system <br /> under permit No. 384 [Appendix D]). <br /> The new multi-purpose room is proposed to host 36 marketing events annually with a maximum <br /> attendance of 250 people and a projected average attendance of between 50 and 100 people.Special <br /> events are estimated to last approximate five hours.Four employees will be assigned to each special <br /> event.The warehouse building is estimated to have three full-time employees.Employee usage was <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
