SITE SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br /> The permits on record at SJCEHD for the site address of 340 West State Highway 12 indicate the <br /> current site septic system was installed in 2000. No additional septic permits were available at the <br /> EHD. <br /> 3.3. ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK REPAIR HISTORY <br /> No permits related to septic repair were on file with the SJCEHD. <br /> 3.4. EXISTING SEPTIC TANK USAGE IN THE GENERAL AREA <br /> Neighboring properties are also primarily agricultural-zone land.The adjoining property to the west, <br /> south and east do not have buildings or other structures.
