The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or the EPA Design Manual for an on-site waste water treatment and disposal system is required for <br /> each parcel. A permit fee of$105.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> b. Submit to Environmental Health revised site plans showing the maximum number of employees and <br /> customers the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans <br /> that the leach field area will be barricaded so that it cannot driven over, parked on, or used as a <br /> storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain <br /> any underground utility lines. (Development Title Section 9-1110.4[c][51) <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100 percent designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> c. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant shall submit an application for an amended permit <br /> to operate the public water system, including any new water lines and water usage. <br /> 4. This project is subject to the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open <br /> Space Plan (SJMSCP) and is located within the unmapped land use area. Per requirements of the <br /> SJMSCP, unmapped projects are subject to case-by-case review. This can be a 90-day process, <br /> and it is recommended that the project applicant contact SJMSCP staff as early as possible.
