The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of San Joaquin County
prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice
or the EPA Design Manual for an on-site waste water treatment and disposal system is required for
each parcel. A permit fee of$105.00 per percolation hole is required.
b. Submit to Environmental Health revised site plans showing the maximum number of employees and
customers the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans
that the leach field area will be barricaded so that it cannot driven over, parked on, or used as a
storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain
any underground utility lines. (Development Title Section 9-1110.4[c][51)
In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100 percent designed sewage disposal
replacement area.
c. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant shall submit an application for an amended permit
to operate the public water system, including any new water lines and water usage.
4.
