Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Submit plans for a sewage treatment plant for the entire development to the <br /> Environmental Health Division for approval. A Registered Engineer must design and <br /> sign the plans (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2). <br /> s <br /> k <br /> B. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for a <br /> disposal field must be performed prior to acceptance of the application as required by <br /> Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading <br /> study is required and a review fee of$390.00 must be paid at time of submittal to <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment <br /> and disposal system is required for each parcel.
