UR-99�2--9F VAN RUITEN RANCH <br /> ----------------------------- --------------------- <br /> The applicants have submitted the above referenced application for a 4,000 square foot winery <br /> and 1,200 square foot tasting room as shown on the plan submitted February 12, 1999. The <br /> project is located on the south of State Route 12, 3,000 feet west of Lower Sacramento Road, west <br /> of Lodi. <br /> This item is scheduled to be heard by the Planning Commission on April 15, 1999. The <br /> Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Use Permit and will be <br /> recommending approval.subject to the following recommended conditions of approval: <br /> Use Permit Application No. was approved by the Planning Commission on . The effective <br /> date of approval is . This approval will expire on, which is 18 months from the effective date <br /> of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been compled with, (2) all necessary <br /> building permits have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from I <br /> other agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits.
