APPROVED USE: This approval is for a 4,004 square foot winery and 1,200 <br /> tasting/sales room as shown on the Plan submitted February 12, 1999. <br /> C' DEMOLITION PERMIT: A demolition permit for the residence and bam to be <br /> removed shall be obtained and finalized prior to the issuance of any building <br /> permits. <br /> d. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. The Business License may be applied for <br /> concurrently Wth the building permit application. (Section 7-1000 of the County <br /> Ordinance Code) <br /> e. STORM DRAINAGE., Storm water drainage shall be retained on-site. The drainage <br /> pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan. Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall <br /> be included. <br /> f. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All automobile parking spaces and all major circulation drive lanes <br /> (automobile and truck) shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with <br /> base material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland cement <br /> concrete to provide a durable, dust free surface. Bumper guards shall be <br /> provided when necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. All <br /> other areas that are used for vehicular traffic shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with a chip seal. <br /> (2) A minimum of sixteen (16) parking spaces shall be provided, including one <br /> (1) van accessible space as shown on the plan submitted February 12, <br /> 1999. <br /> (3) Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet <br /> wide and twenty (20) feet long. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) <br /> (4) Compact parking spaces shall be a minimum seven and one-half (7%) feet <br /> wide and sixteen (16) feet long, and be individually designated as a compact <br /> space. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[c]) <br /> (5) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[d]) <br /> g.
