(DISTRICT 4) . <br /> APPLICANT: Van Ruiten Farms APN: 058-020-05 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> k <br /> State Highway Rotte 12 has an existing right-of-way width of 100 feet <br /> and a planned right-of-way width per Caltrans . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> I <br /> 1. Any dedications, improvements or permits for State Highway' <br /> Route 12 shall be as required by Caltrans . <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation. Fee will be required for this <br />' development . The fee is due. and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $148 . 90 per <br /> daily trip-end generated in the Lodi area. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record. ) A credit may be allowed for the existing residence if <br /> it can be verified it has been occupied on or since April 23 , 1990 . <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-179, R-95-650 and <br /> R-96-592) <br />` 3 .
