i l -3- (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and sixteen (16)feet for one-way aisles. (Development Title i Section 9-1015.5[h]) b. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: k (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security fighting: shall be installed according the standards set forth in Section 9-1015.5 of the Development Title. i (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto pubic thoroughfares, provided, however,that such light shall not cause a hazard tD motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) C. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. At a minimum, a ten (10) foot wide planting strip is required along ad]acert streets. The strip shall be continuous except where crossed by driveways and walkways. (Development Title Section 9-1020.7) (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept mowed and dust free. (3) All areas requiring landscaping shall conform to Section 9-1020 of the Development Title. At a minimum, four (4) trees shall be planted, evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. (Development Title Section 9-1020.5) (4) Landscape plans shall be submitted with the Site Plans. d. FENCING: Fencing shall comply with the following: (1) All fencing shall comply with Development Code Section 9-1022. 2.
