LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved <br /> outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. At <br /> a minimum, a ten (10) foot wide planting strip is required along ad]acert <br /> streets. The strip shall be continuous except where crossed by driveways <br /> and walkways. (Development Title Section 9-1020.7) <br /> (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded <br /> from traffic and kept mowed and dust free. <br /> (3) All areas requiring landscaping shall conform to Section 9-1020 of the <br /> Development Title. At a minimum, four (4) trees shall be planted, evenly <br /> spaced throughout the parking lot. (Development Title Section 9-1020.5) <br /> (4) Landscape plans shall be submitted with the Site Plans. <br /> d. FENCING: Fencing shall comply with the following: <br /> (1) All fencing shall comply with Development Code Section 9-1022. <br /> 2.
