i <br /> l <br /> -3- <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for <br /> two-way aisles and sixteen (16)feet for one-way aisles. (Development Title <br /> i Section 9-1015.5[h]) <br /> b. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> k (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security fighting: <br /> shall be installed according the standards set forth in Section 9-1015.5 of the <br /> Development Title. <br /> i <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No <br /> spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto pubic <br /> thoroughfares, provided, however,that such light shall not cause a hazard tD <br /> motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> C. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved <br /> outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. At <br /> a minimum, a ten (10) foot wide planting strip is required along ad]acert <br /> streets. The strip shall be continuous except where crossed by driveways <br /> and walkways. (Development Title Section 9-1020.7) <br /> (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded <br /> from traffic and kept mowed and dust free. <br /> (3) All areas requiring landscaping shall conform to Section 9-1020 of the <br /> Development Title. At a minimum, four (4) trees shall be planted, evenly <br /> spaced throughout the parking lot. (Development Title Section 9-1020.5) <br /> (4) Landscape plans shall be submitted with the Site Plans. <br /> d. FENCING: Fencing shall comply with the following: <br /> (1) All fencing shall comply with Development Code Section 9-1022. <br /> 2.
