(2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum 10-foot-wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate rvit•ol-v,_y, <br /> shall be installed across the frontage of the project site to pravidt <br /> to Highway 12. <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, apY,-c, od <br /> storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> (3) Areas of the property that are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic and kept mowed and dust free. (Development Title Section 9-1020) <br /> (4) The proposed employee parking area shall be landscaped as sperffi:-, 1; <br /> Section 9-1020.6 of the Development Title. The parking area shall he provided <br /> with a minimum of five percent of landscaping within the perimUer of ti,:= <br /> parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including areas for the storage of <br /> construction equipment, trucks, and trash, shall be enclosed by a screen six to <br /> eight feet in height. Items stored within 100 feet of a dedicated street or <br /> residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two feet above the adjacent <br /> screen. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][2][A]) <br /> (2) All loose materials shall be contained in bins. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 505.6[d]) <br /> (3) Trick parts or inoperable trucks that are stored on the property of the truck <br /> terminal must be directly related to the operation of the truck terminal and shall <br /> be contained within a specified area that is fenced to provide an effective visual <br /> barrier. (Development Title Section 9-505.6[e]) <br /> (4) Any construction materials and all equipment used for -the transfer andfor <br /> storage of construction materials shall be contained in a specified area that is <br /> fenced to provide an effective visual barrier.
