Any dedications, improvements, or permits for State Route 12 shall be as required by Caltrans. 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES (Staff Contact: Steve Mindt, 468-0343) a. Any future expansion shall require public sewer and amendment to the public water system. (Development Title Section 9-1120.2) b. Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-11.10.4)- The office septic tank must be brought into compliance and the lid access repaired. G. A soil suitability study which indicates that the area is suitable for septic tank usage must be performed prior to acceptance of the application (Development Title Section 9- 1105.2Ed]). A nitrate loading study is required, and a review fee of$390.00 nwst be pal& at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. This study must be performed prior to recording the map. d. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or the EPA Design Manual for on-site waste water treatment and disposal systems is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation hole is required. -13-
