(3) A minimum of two (2) automobile parking spaces shall be provided, of which one (1) shall be <br /> van accessible. Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary <br /> entrance (C.C.R., Title 24) <br /> (4) Each automobile parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet wide <br /> and twenty (20) feet long. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) <br /> e_ ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: Access and Circulation shall be provided and comply with the <br /> following: <br /> (1) Driveway width at the ultimate right-of-way shall be forty (40) feet maximum. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) Parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.51g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that <br /> such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) The existing landscaping design and proposed hardscape design for the expansion area is <br /> permitted and shall be incorporated into the site plan review. This satisfies the landscaping <br /> requirement. (Development Title Section 9-1020.7) <br /> (2) Undeveloped areas within the truck terminal will be maintained to prevent the creation of dust or <br /> erosion and not become a health hazard. (Development Title Section 9-505.7[h]) <br /> In. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) Unless otherwise specified, all storage materials and related activities, including storage <br /> areas for trash, shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public <br /> rights-of-way. Said screening shall be six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items store within one <br /> hundred (100) feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than <br /> two (2) feet above the adjacent screen. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][2][A]} <br /> (2) Any construction materials and necessary equipment for the transfer and/or storage of <br /> construction materials shall be contained in a specified area that is fenced to provide an <br /> effective visual barrier.
