(e) be developed so that all truck activities are conduced within the <br /> confines of the terminal property with screening from adjacent <br /> property; <br /> • Development in the Truck Terminal (IIT) area will be subject to this <br /> requirement. <br /> (f) provide screening, landscaping, and buffers to the road and adjacent <br /> land uses; <br /> • All future development shall comply with these requirements. <br /> (g) be developed so there is adequate room to allow for easy <br /> maneuvering of trucks in and out of the terminal and in and out of the <br /> docks, and parking for both of the trucks and employee vehicles; and <br /> • At the time of development these criteria will have to be reviewed. <br /> (h) not be adjacent to residential, commercial (other than freeway <br /> services areas), or Resource Conservation areas that are designated <br /> on the county General Plan Map. <br /> • The proposed location is adjacent to parcels designated as Freeway <br /> Services Commercial (C/FS) and (IIT) Truck Terminal on the county <br /> General Plan Map. The proposal appears to be consistent with this <br /> policy. <br /> The applications have been tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting on May <br /> 5, 2005.
