Frank Alegre Trucking <br /> lies to the immediate east, and the Flag City truck stop area lies a few parcels to the west. <br /> Parcels to the north and south are agricultural. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> 3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage <br /> The residence and the shop building share a single septic system. <br /> 3.2 Site Septic and Septic Repair Permit History <br /> No septic permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on July 21, 2004. <br /> 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office <br /> reviewed a 2002 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Microsoft <br /> Terraserver. We counted the building clusters within one square mile of the Site and made <br /> the assumption that each building cluster has one septic system. Using this method, we <br /> determined that there are a minimum of 19 septic systems per square mile in the immediate <br /> vicinity of the Site. <br /> 3.5 Septic and Septic Repair Permit History in the Vicinity <br /> The following septic system and repair permits were found for the vicinity of the Site during <br /> file review at EHD on July 21, 2004: <br /> 3 <br />
