(2) All employee parking areas and driveways for trucks shall be surfaced with an asphalt <br /> concrete or Portland cement to provide a durable, dust free surface. Bumper guards shall <br /> be provided when necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015.5[e]) <br /> (3) A minimum of(22) automobile parking spaces shall be provided, of which one (1) shall be <br /> van accessible. (Development Title Section 9-1015.9) <br /> (4) Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance. (C.C.R., <br /> Title 24) <br /> (5) Each automobile parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet <br /> wide and twenty (20) feet long. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) <br /> e) ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: Access and Circulation shall be provided and comply with the <br /> following: <br /> (1) Driveway width at the ultimate right-of-way shall be forty (40) feet maximum. The design <br /> of the driveway shall be such as to allow trucks to enter and exit the property without <br /> entering the opposing lane of traffic. (Development Title Section 9-505.7 [c]) <br /> (2) All maneuvering and parking areas of automobiles and trucks shall be located on the site <br /> of the truck terminal. No parking or maneuvering is allowed within the public road right-of- <br /> way. (Development Title Section 9-505.7 [e]) <br /> f) TRUCK TERMINAL: <br /> (1) All loose materials shall be contained in bins. (Development Title Section 9-505.6[d]) <br /> (2) Truck parts or inoperable trucks that are stored on the property of the truck terminal must <br /> be directly related to the operation of the truck terminal and shall be contained within a <br /> specified area that is fenced to provide an effective visual barrier. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-505.6[e]) <br /> (3) Any construction materials and all equipment used for the transfer and/or storage of <br /> construction materials shall be contained in a specified area that is fenced to provide an <br /> effective visual barrier. (Development Title Section 9-505.6[f]) <br /> g) LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) Parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond <br /> the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, <br /> however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br />
