(2) All employee parking areas and driveways for trucks shall be surfaced with an asphalt <br /> concrete or Portland cement to provide a durable, dust free surface. Bumper guards shall <br /> be provided when necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015.5[e]) <br /> (3) A minimum of(22) automobile parking spaces shall be provided, of which one (1) shall be <br /> van accessible. (Development Title Section 9-1015.9) <br /> (4) Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance. (C.C.R., <br /> Title 24) <br /> (5) Each automobile parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet <br /> wide and twenty (20) feet long. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) <br /> e) ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: Access and Circulation shall be provided and comply with the <br /> following: <br /> (1) Driveway width at the ultimate right-of-way shall be forty (40) feet maximum. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-505.6[e]) <br /> (3) Any construction materials and all equipment used for the transfer and/or storage of <br /> construction materials shall be contained in a specified area that is fenced to provide an <br /> effective visual barrier. (Development Title Section 9-505.6[f]) <br /> g) LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) Parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond <br /> the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, <br /> however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists.
