The driveway and access road shall be designed to(STAA)truck standard. <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The fee currently is $200.57 per daily trip-end generated in the Lodi <br /> area. The total fee due is$82,133.42. (Resolutions R-00-433) <br /> 4. The Regional Traffic Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application.The fee has been determined to be $65,438.27, which reflects the <br /> facilities traffic volume applied to the impact fee rate for facilities designated as Industrial.
