Furthermore, all lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the property line is permitted, except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. Traffic Study • I The Department of Public Works is requiring a traffic study to be prepared. The Community Development Department cannot complete the Initial Study until the results of the traffic study have been reviewed by the Department of Public Works. Planning Commission Upon the completion and review of the traffic study by the Public Works Department, the Community Development Department will determine the recommendation to the Planning Commission, and schedule the project to be heard at the Planning Commission: If any issues surface from the traffic study or other issues arise, the Community Development Department may schedule another Development Committee{ meeting to discuss all issues prior to attending a Planning Commission meeting.
