Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6) <br /> 5) SAN JOAQUIN COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (Staff contact: Laurel Boyd, [209] 235-0600) <br /> a. This project is subject to the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and <br /> Open Space Plan (SJMSCP).
