M I N U T E S -Z- <br /> Development Committee <br /> Tom Gau informed applicants that he has spoken to County Counsel <br /> regarding the right-of-way issue of the easement. He indicated <br /> that staff is not in a position to determine whether the <br /> applicants have the right to use the easement or not. The <br /> Community Development Department is going to require that the <br /> applicants show optional access through Parcel 1 or through <br /> property to the west. Tom indicated that staff was not going to <br /> get in the middle of a private matter. Applicants will need to <br /> resolve this. <br /> Tom also reviewed the letter in opposition from Mr. John L. <br /> Cammack regarding the sewer. Because Mr. Cammack is questioning <br /> the authority to permit development on septic tank, this item is <br /> tentatively scheduled to be heard by the Planning Commission on <br /> February 16, 1995. <br /> Mr. Sanguinetti will provide staff with a tentative map showing <br /> different options for access. Mr. Sanguinetti will also provide <br /> Chandler with a letter indicating that applicant will waive their <br /> rights to the 50-day processing time limit. <br /> ---------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> 10: 00 a.m. 3 . DEVIATION APPLICATION NO. DV-94-3 AND MAJOR <br /> CTM SUBDIVISION APPLICATION NO. SII-94-3 OF CONRAD <br /> MEADE (C/O MONTE SEIBEL) . <br /> Associate Planner, Chandler Martin; Ryan Voorheef and Monte <br /> Seibel were present for this item. <br /> Staff will work with the applicant and reduce the minimum parcel <br /> size from 1. 94 to 1.90 acres. Dick will revise the Department of <br /> Public Works Condition of Approval to reflect the CSA requiremenz <br /> (detention pond) . <br /> Chandler reviewed the letters from Galt Joint Union High School <br /> District. <br /> Applicants will provide Chandler with a letter requesting that <br /> staff take this item before the Planning Commission on <br /> February 16, 1995. <br /> Monte will submit a revised tentative map showing the detention <br /> pond. <br />
