SA-94-54 OF <br /> CTM AJAY RANCHHOD (C/O AMERICAN CONSTRUCTION <br /> COMPANY) . <br /> Associate Planner, Chandler Martin and Ajay Ranchhod were present <br /> for this item. <br /> Chandler informed Ajay that the proposed additions must not <br /> encroach within the required 20-foot front and rear yard setback <br /> areas. An alternative would be for the applicant to demonstrate <br /> that the average existing setback on that block of Wilson Way is <br /> less than the proposed setback. Ajay indicated that he would <br /> check existing set backs. Chandler asked Ajay to submitted a <br /> site plan showing the existing setbacks for this block of Wilson <br /> Way. The site plan should show calculations indicating that the <br /> proposed buildings do not exceed the average set back, and <br /> qualify under section 9-410.5 (a) (1) of the Development Title. A <br /> copy of that section was given to Ajay. Ajay indicated that the <br /> project would not be feasible if the proposed additions had to <br /> meet 20-foot setback requirements. <br /> Applicant will need to show all structures within the block on <br /> Waterloo Road as well as show the distance from the right-of-way. <br /> Applicant indicated he would provide staff with these <br /> measurements. <br /> ------------------------------------------- ---------------------- <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 10: 55 a.m. <br /> DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE THOMAS M.
