The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is <br /> $1, 813 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as Office, <br /> $4 , 248 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as Retail <br /> Service, and $1, 316 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building i <br /> as Service Commercial in the Lodi area. The developer shall <br /> construct the new road to County standards for a 60-foot <br /> commercial roadway. Any proposed realignment of DeBroggi <br /> Road shall include the elimination of the existing curve and <br /> the construction of a "T" intersection for the future <br /> easterly extension of DeBroggi Road.
