Thornton Road has an existing right-of-way width of 84 <br /> feet and a planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. No building permits will be issued until the public water well is completed and accepted <br /> by the Department of Public Works. <br /> 2.
