(Development Title Sections 9-857.4, 9-1150.2(d)(3) and 9-1150.5(b)) 5. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee is be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $164.60 per daily trip-end generated in the Lodi area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. A credit may be allowed if it can be verified that the existing development on this site was in operation on or after April 23, 1990.) (Resolutions 00-433) 6. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is $456.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building designated as Commercial Service. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent. A credit may be allowed if it can be verified that the existing development on this site was in operation on or after April 30, 1991.) Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this development has met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. 9. The development is within County Service Area No. 31 for water, sewer, storm drainage, and lighting. A Sensus brand water meter with backflow prevention shall be installed prior to final occupancy. The water meter shall be inspected by the Department of Public Works. Call Utility Maintenance at 468-3090 to schedule an inspection. 10. The applicant shall dedicate to the County the land necessary to eliminate encroachment of curb izutter, sidewalk and necessary setbacks. GK:BN:
