Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report 1 erracon <br /> 6671 &7101 E. Highway 12 ■ Lodi, California <br /> September 22, 2015 ■Terracon Project No. NAI 57033 <br /> Exterior Onsite Observations <br /> Pits, Ponds, Lagoons? None observed. <br /> Stained soil or pavement? Soil staining was apparent under the drums and <br /> containers located along the southern site boundary. <br /> Solid waste? Approximately thirty tires were observed along the <br /> southern site boundary. <br /> Waste water discharge? None observed. <br /> Wells or septic systems? Two agricultural wells were observed at the southeastern <br /> and southwestern portions of the site. <br /> Vicinity Observations <br /> Topography of property and The site is divided by a bluff located on the southern <br /> vicinity portion of the site from the lower northern portions of the <br /> site. A levee surrounds the site on the north, east and <br /> west sides. <br /> Current use of adjoining The Mokelumne River is located to the adjoining north, <br /> properties northeast and northwest of the site followed by <br /> agricultural land. Rural residences and agricultural land <br /> are located to the adjoining east, west and south of the <br /> site. One approximately 300 gallon AST, contents <br /> unknown, was observed on the adjoining residential <br /> property address of 6671 E. Highway 12 and not within <br /> secondary containment. <br /> Evidence of past uses? None observed. <br /> Current land uses in area Agricultural land use. <br /> Evidence of past uses? None observed. <br /> 3.2 Past On-Site Sources of Contamination <br /> No above- or below-ground on-site potential or known sources of contamination were identified /� J <br /> from past uses of the site, except for the following: <br /> • Agricultural chemicals, including abamectin and paraquat dichloride have been applied <br /> to the site. <br /> • An approximately 300 gallon AST containing diesel has been used on the site. <br /> • Three 55 gallon drums, two 25 gallon drums, and three 5 gallon containers of oily <br /> substance were located on the site. <br /> • Approximately 30 tires were located on the site. <br /> Responsive ■ Resourceful ■ Reliable 8 <br />
