Individual wineries requesting
service will need to complete an application which is being developed by the City and their
haulers will need to have a current City-issued permit.
Pricing, monitoring requirements, and scheduling requirements are still being developed.
However, while the application and specific policies are being developed, the City would like
to help expedite this project.
Please accept this letter as a "will serve" letter for the boutique winery, Berghold Vineyards,
8541 East Highway 12, Lodi, California 95240.
Sincerely,
Richard C.
