LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, <br /> or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (Development Title Section 9-1020.7) <br /> (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed and dust free. <br /> (3) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the Development <br /> Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent (5%) of landscaping <br /> within the perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. <br /> Seven (7) trees shall be planted, evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. <br /> k. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened <br /> so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way.
