This waiver was granted to allow collection of data for preparation
of a Report of Waste Discharge (RWD). By this time, the data should be complete and therefore Wild
Rose Vineyard is requested to submit a RWD.
An RWD consists of the Form 200 Application/Report of Waste Discharge General Information
(enclosed), a filing fee, and the answers to the Additional Questions. The filing fee is based on the threat
and complexity of the discharge, as described in the enclosed filing fee schedule. We have determined
that this discharge is categorized as 3C, with a$200 annual fee. Therefore, the RWD is to include a
$200 check, made payable to the State Water Resources Control Board.
Please complete and return the Form 200, a check in the amount of the filing fee, and all supporting
information to this office by 14 April 2000 so that we may initiate the WDR process. Please note that
will not grant a waiver for the year 2000 crush season.
If you have any questions about this request, please telephone me at (916) 255-3116. In addition,
because I have taken over responsibility for this site, please direct all further questions and
correspondence to me.
TIMOTHY R.
