Is flow anticipated
to increase or decrease?
3) Describe seasonal variations in the amount of wastewater flow and the effect on
wastewater quality of recycling activities.
4) Describe any chemical additives or sanitization compounds that are added to prevent
scaling,biofouling, or other undesirable tendency.
5) Describe procedures to control contaminants in the wastewater streams and in the
wastewater ponds. Provide diagrams of the ponds showing size,
depth, and piping connections.
10) Provide a water balance which presents the wastewater flow, storage capacity, and pond
level(s).
11) Have the wastewater ponds everoverflowed? If stormwater ponds exist, have they
ever overflowed?
12) Please provide a site map showing the location of groundwater monitoring, or other wells on
the property.
