We
have reviewed your O&M Plan and find it to be acceptable. As proposed in the O&M Plan, monitoring
data should be submitted in a final report at the end of the 1999 crush season. In addition to this
submittal, we require a Report of Waste Discharge (RWD) to be submitted with sufficient time to
process and adopt waste discharge requirements (WDRs)prior to the onset of the 2000 crush season.
Typically, four months are needed to process WDRs. The forms needed for a RWD were forwarded to
you by letter dated 7 July 1999.
If you have any questions, please call me at (916) 255-3112.
ym
CAMILLA WILL
Associate Engineering G)ologist
cc: Mr. Mike Huggins, Public Health Services of San Joaquin County, Environmental Health
Department.
