Aggregate base maybe used for trailer storage areas. <br /> (2) A minimum of twenty-five(25) parking spaces shall be provided,including one(1)van <br /> accessible space. <br /> (3) Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle,minimum nine(9)feet wide and twenty <br /> (20)feet Fong. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) <br /> (4) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. (DevelopmentTitle <br /> Section 9-1015.5[d]) <br /> (5) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking spaces. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) <br /> g. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five(25)feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen(16)feet for one-way aisles. (DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1015.5[h]) <br /> h. LOADINGIUNLOADING AREA: A loading/unloadingarea shall be provided on the site. This area <br /> shall be large enough to allow the loading,unloading,and maneuvering of trucks without interfering <br /> with parking and circulation. <br /> i. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night,parking lot and security lighting shall be installed <br /> according to the standards set forth in Section 9-1015.5 of the Development Title. <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares,provided,however,that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed and dust free. <br /> k. NOISE LEVELS: The following noise regulations apply to this project: <br /> (1) For property abutting areas developed residentially,zoned for residential use, or shown as a <br /> residential designation on the general Plan Map, noise levels at the property line shall not <br /> exceed 65 db Ldn. (Development Title Section 9-1025.9[a][11) <br /> (2) This project shall comply with the performance standards specified in Table 9-1025.9 of the <br /> Development Title. <br /> I.
