At the end of the treatment process effluent will meet discharge
requirements. The effluent is pumped through an electromagnetic flow
meter to an irrigation pond. The effluent is filtered to remove fine solids as
they impact the operation of the drip irrigation system. This filter is not
considered a part of the wastewater process. The effluent is used to drip
irrigate the on-site vineyards and vegetable area.
Process Wastewater Flows
The proposed winery will have a production capacity of 15,000 cases of wine
_ per year, for a total of 36,000 gallons of wine.
