DONDERO <br /> SA--92-^1 <br /> I <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the issuance of any Building Permits. <br /> 1. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> r <br /> 2 " � �1 <br /> � a <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> k <br /> a. An Improvement Plan, prepared by a registered Civil Engineer, <br /> k showing drainage, driveway access details, on-site parking, <br /> i existing and proposed utility services, and grading, shall be <br /> submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. <br /> Additional run--off shall be retained on-site, provisions shall <br /> be shown on the Improvement Plan (Planning Title Section 9- <br /> 10002) . <br /> b. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application. (The fees currently are <br /> $2, 000. 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as "Office" , <br /> $801. 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as <br /> "Manufacturing", $1, 451. 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of <br /> building as "Service Commercial" , and $208.28 per trip <br /> generated for the storage area not confined by exterior walls <br /> j in the Linden area. If there is no building permit required,_ <br /> a the fee will be exempt. The fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted July of each year by the Engineering New Record) <br /> (Resolution R790--304) . <br /> C. The Water Supply Facilities Impact. Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of the building permit application. (The fees <br /> currently are $208. 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building <br /> as "Office" , $207.00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building <br /> as "Service Commercial" , and $83 . 00 per 1, 000 gross square <br /> foot of building as "Manufacturing" . If there is no building <br /> permit required, the fee will be exempt. The fee shall be <br /> automatically increased on January 1 of each year at the rate <br />" of 6.9 percent. An additional 3 . 5 percent shall be added to <br /> the fee upon payment for processing and administering the <br /> program (Resolution R-91-327) . <br /> f <br />
