(The fees currently are <br /> $2, 000. 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as "Office" , <br /> $801. 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as <br /> "Manufacturing", $1, 451. 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of <br /> building as "Service Commercial" , and $208.28 per trip <br /> generated for the storage area not confined by exterior walls <br /> j in the Linden area. If there is no building permit required,_ <br /> a the fee will be exempt.
