PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. State on the Improvement Plan the maximum number of employees <br /> the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the <br /> leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven <br /> over, parked on or used as a storage area. This leach field <br /> ' area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot <br /> contain any underground utility lines. Also include a 100% <br /> expansion area. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the <br /> time of development. <br /> 3. BUILDING DIVISION <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> I, The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated int <br /> he construction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> Inspection Division: <br /> 1) The office, warehouse building shall be provided with an <br /> automatic fire sprinkler system or divided into areas <br /> a less than 6, 000 square fee by area separation walls. <br /> 2) The proposed Repair Shop shall be provided with an <br /> automatic fare sprinkler system or divided into areas <br /> less than 3 , 000 square feet by area separation walls. <br /> 3) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br />
