w <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-92-1 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> 4) The floor area of the repair shop (H--4 occupancy) shall <br /> be served by one or more floor drains which shall drain <br /> to an approved grease and oil separator. The separator <br /> shall have prior approval by the Public Health Service <br /> (Environmental Division) before submission to this <br /> Division for permits and meet all the criteria for <br /> hazardous waste generation. . <br /> b. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> 1) Provide parking £or the physically handicapped. The <br /> space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> 2) Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible <br /> from each space (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> 3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch <br /> per foot (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br />{ <br /> C. Provide 1-hour occupancy separations between the storage and <br /> the retail areas. <br /> 4. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a: The approval shall be for be for a twenty-six-foot by twenty- <br /> eight-foot (26 ' x 2811) addition to the existing office;,/ the <br /> addition of a sixty-foot by seventy-five-foot (60 ' x ' 751-)--- <br /> roof-only <br /> -)roof-only loading area with an Asphaltic Concrete containment <br /> berm; construction of an eighty-foot by forty--foot (80 ' x 401J.- <br /> shop building,; and the use of a four hundred sixty-foot by two <br /> hundred-foot (460' x 200 '.) area for a fenced storage area at <br /> an existing agricultural chemical sales facility ---as shown on <br /> the approved site plan. <br /> f <br /> b.. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be <br /> paved and permanently maintained with asphalt or cement. <br /> Bumper guards shall be provided where necessary to protect <br /> adjacent structures or properties. <br /> C. Gravel surfacing shall be allowed in the storage area, except <br /> as required by the above condition. <br />
