UNIFORM FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements.will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Department for a building permit: <br /> (1) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 503.2 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> (2) This project shall comply with the San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1150.18, <br /> Road Naming Procedures. Please contact the Community Development Department at 468- <br /> 2193 to Complete this process prior to requesting Fire Department approval, <br /> (3) This proj,9ct will require roads to be built and road names to be applied according to County <br /> Standards. <br /> 2. COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> a. HOLD HARMLESS PROVISION: Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers, and <br /> employees from any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, <br /> or employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory <br /> agency, appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within <br /> the time provided for in Section 66499.37 of the Government Code. <br /> 3.
