DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY: The following note shall be recorded as a separate instrument: (1) Prior to any building activities, landowners proceeding with development should not start any work in any potentially jurisdictional water of the United States without contacting the Department of the Army for permit authorization. (See Department of the Army letter dated March 18, 2009 and Figure 4 of the Wetland Delineation Study dated July 30 2008) g. ROAD NAMES: All subdivision road names shall be submitted to the Community Development Department for approval by the Director. Contact Kimberly Wallace at 468-0816.for road name standards (Development Title Section 9-1150.18). h. NOISE: If noise sensitive development is proposed along State Route 26 within 96 feet from the edge of the,Toadway, then a noise study shall be required prior to noise sensitive development. (General Plan Table 111.134B, Volume III, page III.D-25)(Development Title Section 9- 1025.9(a)[1]) i. UNIFORM FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code requirements.will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for a building permit: (1) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 503.2 of the California Fire Code and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. (2) This project shall comply with the San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1150.18, Road Naming Procedures. Please contact the Community Development Department at 468- 2193 to Complete this process prior to requesting Fire Department approval, (3) This proj,9ct will require roads to be built and road names to be applied according to County Standards. 2. COUNTY COUNSEL a. HOLD HARMLESS PROVISION: Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the subdivider shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within the time provided for in Section 66499.37 of the Government Code. 3.
