Our review of the site investigation report <br /> completed by your consultant, Weston, indicates that no cleanup is needed at this <br /> time. However, the existing monitoring wells need to be continued to be <br /> monitored, and your current waste disposal practices also need to be monitored. <br /> The MRP is in effect for a one year period. <br /> The first reporting date in the MRP is 15 October 1990, at which time you shall <br /> notify the Board of your choice of a consultant and laboratory to conduct the <br /> work, Failure to comply with any of the dates in the MRP could lead to issuance <br /> of an Administrative Civil Liability (a fine) of up to $1 ,000 per day late. <br /> Based on the receipt of the site investigation report and the issuance of this <br /> MRP.
