The reports shall include: date <br /> sampled, well number, pH, depth to water (feet and tenths), <br /> temperature (degrees F) , electrical conductivity (umhos) , and if <br /> appropriate, the laboratory analysis sheets which shall include <br /> holding time information. <br /> d. By 15 October 1990, the Discharger shall notify the Regional Board <br /> of their choice of a consultant and an analytical laboratory to <br /> conduct the above work. <br /> e. The first set of samples shall be collected during October 1.990. <br /> 2 . Pesticide Rinsewa.ter <br /> a. The Discharger shall keep a daily log indicating the use of the <br /> pesticide rinsewater above ground tank. The log shall include the <br /> following information: date, amount of water pumped into tank, <br /> amount of water pumped out of tank, and use of the water pumped out. <br /> b.. The log shall be submitted to the Regional Board on a quarterly <br /> basis (January, April , June, October) , at the same time the <br /> monitoring well reports are submitted. <br /> C.
