No <br /> obvious staining was visible beneath the storage areas but scattered darker staining was observed on <br /> the floor throughout the building. <br /> The property was historically served by a domestic water well located on the adjacent property to <br /> . the north.The property was fenced on all sides;the entrances were located on the west and east sides <br /> and were secured by poles and chains. The prominent features on the subject property are depicted <br /> in Figure 2, photographs of the subject property are provided in Appendix A. <br /> 5.2.
