SAMPLING AND RESULTS <br /> No sampling was done for this investigation. <br /> 9.0. FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS <br /> We have performed a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment in conformance with the scope and <br /> a limitations of ASTM Practice E 1527-05 and US-EPA AAI for the property located at 31244 South <br /> Highway 33 and 31199 South Koster Road,Tracy,California,the subject property.Any exceptions <br /> to, or deletions from, this practice are described in Section 1.2 of this report. <br /> De-minimus conditions <br /> This assessment has revealed the following de-minimus conditions in connection with the property: <br /> • Agricultural use of land creates potential-for soil and ground water to havffound <br /> ' pacted <br /> by agricultural chemicals such as pesticides,herbicides and fertilizers.
