RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> T Based upon the findings of this Phase I Site Assessment, AGE recommends: <br /> l <br /> Work with the CVRWQCB and the DTSC to close the subject property open SLIC and <br /> LUST cases. <br /> • Remove under permit the hazardous matenals stored inside the metal hangar bui I <br /> • Determine the locatio of the three 6 00 gallon USTs removed in 1989 and advance borings <br /> for confirm esting. <br /> T" 0 Sample in the location of the former chemical storage areas along the northern boundary and <br /> adjacent to the metal hangar. <br /> • Sample the stained dirt flooring inside the metal hanger. <br /> • Sample in the formal metal storage area on the southern portion of the property. <br /> • Determine whether the immediate property use will be residential; if residential, institute <br /> additional sampling near the northwest corner of the property and analyze for petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons, solvents, pesticides and herbicides. <br /> Should additional and significantly different infonnation on environmental conditions become <br /> available in the future, please contact our office for further recommendations. <br /> 11.0. LIMITATIONS <br /> Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill nrdinarily exercised by <br /> environmental consultants practicing in this or similar fields. The findings were based mainly upon <br /> examination of historical records, maps, aerial photographs and government agency lists, on a site <br /> reconnaissance visit, and on information obtained during personal interviews with persons of long <br /> term familiarity with the subject property as specified in ASTM E1527-05 and the US-EPA AAI. <br /> The hazardous waste site lists presented in this report represents only a search of specific government <br /> records as listed above. Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. is aware that additional government <br /> records may exist. It should be noted that government agencies often do not list all sites with <br /> environmental contamination or that the list could be inaccurate and/or incomplete. <br /> The conclusions and recommendations in this report are based on findings regarding the historical <br /> use of the site, and on features noted during the site reconnaissance.
