ADDITIONS, LIMITATIONS, EXCEPTIONS AND DATA GAPS Considerations identified as beyond the scope of an ASTM Phase I that may affect business T environmental risk at a property include the following:asbestos-containing materials(ACMs),radon, lead-based paint, lead in drinking water, wetlands, regulatory compliance, cultural and historical resources, industrial hygiene, health and safety issues, ecological resources, endangered species, r. indoor air quality and high voltage power lines.These environmental issues may warrant assessment based on the type of property or transaction, however,they are considered non-scope issues under ASTM Practice E 1527-05.The addition of these non-scope items must be agreed-upon between the client and AGE prior to initiation of the Phase 1. Some additions to the scope of the Phase I may originate from property research, such as additional addresses,past or present, for the subject property. These additional addresses will be added to the scope of research where feasible. No limitations or exceptions were made to the scope of this Phase I. _ Additions: The San Joaquin County Assessor's Office listed the parc/ el address a�31199 youth Koster Road; this address was added to the research for this report. . ASTM E1527-05 and the US-EPA AAI require that the report identify and comment on significant data gaps that affect the ability of the environmental professional to identify recognized environmental concerns. Data Gaps: AGE has documented use of the subject property from at least the 1940s to present. The property has been utilized as a small agricultural crop dusting airfield, which included the use of agricultural pesticides and herbicides,until the airfield closure.AGE does not believe that any gaps in the data reviewed would affect our ability to identify recognized environmental concerns. 1.3.
