The information includes: 1) the reason the Phase I is required; 2)the type of <br /> transaction;3)the complete and correct address for the property;4)the scope of services desired for <br /> the Phase I;4)identification of all parties who will rely on the Phase I report;5)identification of the <br /> site contact and how the contact can be reached; 6)any special terms or conditions;and 7)any other <br /> knowledge or experience with the property that may be pertinent to the environmental professional <br /> (including copies of previous reports). <br /> The following information was provided prior to and during the Phase I: <br /> • A Preliminary Title Report was not provided; AGE utilized the San Joaquin County <br /> Recorder's Office internet website to search for recorded liens for the property owner of <br /> record, Carl M. and Ruth M Trinkle.AGE understands that Mr. John Trinkle purchased the <br /> property in the last two weeks,but this would not affect the purposes of the lien search and <br /> notes that no known environmental cleanup liens or activity or land use limitations appeared <br /> to be listed with the recorders office. <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
