21Airport Land Use Commission <br /> 2. Within the AIA,ALUC review is required for any proposed object taller than 100 feet AGL. <br /> 3. Regardless of location within San Joaquin County, ALUC review and FAA notification in accordance <br /> with Code of Federal Regulations, Part 77, (https:Hoeaaa.faa.gov/oeaaa/external/portal.jsp) for any <br /> proposal for construction or alteration under the following conditions: <br /> a. If requested by the FAA. <br /> b. Any construction or alteration that is more than 200 ft. AGL at its site. <br /> c. Any construction or alteration that exceeds an imaginary surface extending outward and upward <br /> at the following slopes: <br /> — 100 to 1 for a horizontal distance of 20,000 ft. of a public use or military airport from any <br /> point on the runway of each airport with its longest runway more than 3,200 ft. <br /> d. Any highway, railroad or other traverse way whose prescribed adjusted height would exceed the <br /> above noted standards <br /> e.
