L <br /> LDecember 5, 2005 <br /> NCA Project Number: E05118A <br /> LThis report was prepared for the exclusive use of Thomsen Farms, Inc. and the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department(EHD).This report is not equivalent to a Phase I Environmental <br /> �j Site Assessment and does not meet ATM El 527-00.NOA specifically disclaims any responsibility for <br /> L any unauthorized use of this report. <br /> L 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> L1.1 Description of Site <br /> The subject property is located between State Route 132 and Blewett Road, approximately 1,300 feet <br /> west of Welty Road in Tracy,California. The property consists of a 142.60-acre parcel(APN 255-180- <br /> 01) and a 143.94-acre parcel(APN 255-180-13),for a total of 286.54 acres.There are no structures on <br /> the subject property. The property is used for farming almonds. <br /> LAccording to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site', the subject <br /> property is zoned AG-40, general agriculture with a *minimum parcel size of 40 acres. This zoning <br /> ` designation"is established to preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agricultural <br /> L enterprises." <br /> L Location maps of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A. Photographs of the <br /> subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. <br /> 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> V <br /> A tentative parcel map showing the proposed parcel division was provided to NOA by the client;the <br /> L parcel division is depicted on the site map in Appendix A.
