PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or <br /> excavation under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development. <br /> C. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number <br /> of employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for <br /> and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot <br /> be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only <br /> and cannot contain any underground utility lines. <br /> d. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the <br /> Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy. Should the <br /> number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> days per year, or the number of service connections exceed <br /> four, you will be required to take out a yearly permit to <br /> operate a public water system under the provisions of Title <br /> 22 , CCR. <br /> 4 . BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Cdde and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> Requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> Inspection Division: <br /> 1. The proposed and existing building shall be provided with <br /> an automatic fire sprinkler system or divided into areas <br /> less than 6, 000 square feet by area separation walls. <br />
