CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL SA-91-3 PAGE FOUR ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. b. An Improvement Plan, prepared by a registered Civil Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, on-site parking, existing and proposed utility services, and grading, shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. C. Dedication to result in a 30-foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Welty Road to the property line shall be required across the frontage of APN 255-180-09 . d. The frontage improvement for Welty Road shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of a 60-foot right-of-way industrial street.
