Development Committee <br /> September 29 , 1990 <br /> Page 3 <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> f. There shall be provided at least two (2) parking spaces <br /> for each three (3) employees working on the employment <br /> shift at which the largest number of employees are hired. <br /> In addition, at least one (1) space for each two hundred <br /> and fifty (250) square feet of office area shall be <br /> provided. <br /> g. Two (2) loading spaces of fifteen (15) feet by twenty- <br /> five (25) feet in size with a minimum height clearance <br /> of fourteen (14) feet shall be provided. On-site <br /> driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of <br /> providing one (1) of the off-street loading spaces, as <br /> long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles are <br /> provided. <br /> h. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas must <br /> be paved and permanently maintained with asphalt or <br /> cement. Bumper guards must be provided where necessary <br /> to protect adjacent structures or properties. <br /> i. All parking stalls and driveway directions must be <br /> delineated. <br /> j . Parking lot lighting shall meet the following minimum <br /> standards: <br /> a. The equivalent of one foot candle of illumination <br /> shall be provided throughout the parking area. <br /> b. All lighting shall be on a time clock or photosensor <br /> system. <br /> C. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct <br /> rays to the premises, and with no spillover beyond <br /> the property. <br /> k. Barbed wire security fencing not to exceed two (2) feet <br /> in height may be located on top of permitted fencing. <br /> 1. A monument sign, meeting the requirements of Section 9- <br /> 3606, is permitted. <br />
