Deny the appeal and uphold the Planning Commission'.s approval of Revisions of <br /> Approved Actions application No. PA-0800266. <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> This project is an appeal of the Planning Commission's approval of a Revisions of <br /> Approved Actions application to revise three conditions. The first two are to revise <br /> i Conditions of Approval Lb. and l.a(2)to increase the maximum number of people per <br /> j marketing event from 150 to 370 people. The third is to revise Condition of Approval l.r. to <br /> modify the Saturdays and Sundays hours of operation. Currently,the hours are from 10:00 <br /> a.m. —6:00 p.m.by appointment only. This would be revised to Fridays, Saturdays, and <br /> Sundays from 9:00 a.m. ---8:00 p.m. C by appointment only"would be deleted). <br /> F' <br /> The following is a summary of the relevant land use applications at the subject parcel: <br /> + On December 4, 2008,the Planning Commission approved Use Permit No.PA- <br /> 0800266 for an off-site wine cellar with up to 24 marketing events per year for up <br /> to.150 people. This is the Permit the applicant seeks to Revise. <br /> • On March 24, 2009,the applicants submitted this Revisions of Approved Actions <br /> application to increase the number of people per marketing event from 150 people <br /> to 370.people and to change the hours of operation. <br />
