BUILDING PERMIT: Submit an "APPLICATION-COMMERCIAL BUILDING PERMIT'. The Site <br /> Plan required as a part of the building permit must be prepared,by a registered civil engineer or <br /> licensed architect. This Plan must show drainage, driveway access details including gates, on-site <br /> parking, landscaping, signs, existing and proposed utility services, and grading (refer to the "SITE <br /> PLAN CHECK LIST' for details). Foundation and soils investigation shall be conducted in <br /> conformance with Chapter 18 of the California Building Code at the time of permit application. MARKETING EVENTS: Marketing Events are subject to the following regulations: <br /> (1) A maximum of twenty-four (24) marketing events are permitted annually as a part of the <br /> proposed marketing plan. <br /> (2) Each event shall have a maximum attendance of 150 people. <br /> (3) Marketing events shall end by 10:00 p.m. (Development Title Section 9-1075.8[m][21). <br /> d. VINEYARD:.An off-site wine cellar shall have a minimum of one (1) acre of vineyard prior to the <br /> initiation of the use and shall have bottled wine from the associated vineyard for sale at all marketing <br /> events. ,. <br /> e. CAPITAL FACILITY FEE: This project may be subject to the Capital Facility Fee.
